Spring 2025 Hiring & Career Expo Event Highlights

The BPA was pleased to host its largest Expo yet on May 1, 2025 at CCBC Dundalk. Learn more about the event and participating employers below!

On Thursday, May 1st, 2025, we hosted our largest Hiring and Career Expo to date. This event brought together maritime industry employers and job seekers and greatly contributed to our efforts to build the next-generation workforce at the Port of Baltimore.

We hosted 43 employers who shared job openings and connected to others in their industry; accommodated over 300 job seekers who learned about job openings and submitted resumes; and photographed 57 attendees (18% of all job seekers) who took advantage of free professional photos to enhance their job applications.
